Below is important information you need to know about our post Covid-19 policies and procedures, what you can expect during your visit to our salon. We are excited to see you and want to ensure that the safety and health of our staff and clients is our top priority.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR PRICE LIST
Due to the inflation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been an increased cost of supplies. This is apparent in all retail settings. As a result, all our chemical services are subject to price increases. Please expect a price increase if your service includes hair color and/or texture service. All haircut prices will remain the same at this time.
We appreciate your continued loyalty and support. This increase will ensure that the level of quality products remains the same.
Please make an Appointment: We will be operating by appointment only until further notice. Please arrive at your appt. time and remain in your car. Call us from your car upon arrival and we will call or text you when your stylist is ready. Our reception area will be closed for waiting as it will be utilized for space.
Please wear a mask: All clients and staff will be required to wear masks/face coverings to enter the salon. If you don't have one, we have a limited supply of brand new masks that will be available for purchase at $2 each.
Temperature Screening: Temperature checks will be done upon arrival. Anyone registering over 99.9 will be asked to reschedule. This is non-negotiable and required of all hair salons in the state of New Jersey.
Hand Sanitizer: Upon entering, you will be required to use hand sanitizer that will be provided for you.
No refreshments will be offered at this time. Please leave food products home as well. Personal beverages will be allowed.
Guests: Our stylists will be adjusting their schedules to avoid overcrowding. Please arrive for appt. alone to avoid extra people in the salon, unless they have an appt. We kindly ask you to leave children and extra guests home.
Schedules: Please help us stay on schedule, by arriving for your appointment on time. There may be times, where you will experience a longer than normal wait time. Our small staff will be working hard to provide ALL CLIENTS requests to the best of our ability. Considering time restraints and social distancing rules, your patience and understanding will be greatly appreciated
Practice social distancing: This will be implemented....Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other clients. Let’s all be as safe as possible.
Payment: Payment is due at time of service. Gift cards may be used. We accept cash, checks and all credit cards except American Express.
NEW SALON HOURS
We will be temporarily extending hours to accommodate our clients needs and new operational procedures. The stylists hours are as follows:

PREVENTING THE SPREAD:
Cleanliness has always been a priority at Kriskell, and we are implementing changes to our daily operation that have been recommended by the CDC to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Wherever possible, we will be using disposable items to avoid cross-contamination. All towels, capes, etc. will be washed after ALL services in bleach and hot water as recommended by the CDC. All chairs and tools will also be disinfected as well.
The Salon will be cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. The focus on high-touch surfaces will require us to add 10-15 minutes to our schedules for proper disinfection.

Once again, for the safety of us all, please DO NOT schedule an appointment if you or anyone you associate with is symptomatic or exposed in any way.
All of our above changes have been made in accordance to CDC recommended guidelines and with the health and safety of our stylists, our staff and our clients.
